Sony Ericsson is Now "Sony": Announced First Smartphone Sony Xperia™ S

Sony has announced to finally complete the full acquisition of Sony Ericsson. Now onward Sony Ericsson is becoming part of Sony Corp. Earlier Sony Ericsson was a joint venture in collaboration with infrastructure provider company Ericsson. Also Sony announce its first smartphone product from Sony, new Sony Xperia™ S which will be available this Spring.
